How To Apply

Please read our application guide carefully to ensure that you understand our funding criteria and if your project fits into one of our fundamental and key strategic objectives. We cannot guarantee that being eligible for a charitable grant means that we will be able to support your request as we receive many more applications than we can help.

Please take note of the following:

To apply for funding, a Legacy Foundation Application for Funding Form must be completed and submitted to the Foundation. The aforementioned Grant Application Form can be found below, please click on the form name to view and download the form as required.

• Grant recipients may not use any part of the grant for overhead costs or staff salaries; grants must be used for direct program cost or funding for specific programs or activities.
• Upon completion each grant recipient must submit a concise written report to the Foundation summarizing the project or program results and specifying how the grant monies were applied.
• Once completed the Application for Funding Form along with any and all supporting documentation should be hand delivered or sent via post to the Foundations office.
